Douglas Morrow — Senior Vice President of Development at Macerich Company

Mr. Douglas Morrow serves as Senior Vice President of Development at The Macerich Company. Mr. Morrow leads redevelopment projects in Macerich's East region. Mr. Morrow's responsibilities include leadership of the entire development process for specific projects including entitlements and overall responsibility for partner/major tenant approvals, master budget and pro forma (cost and income), design, construction and tenant coordination. Prior to joining Macerich, Mr. Morrow served as Vice President of Construction for Wilmorite Property Management in Rochester, New York. Mr. Morrow has more than 36 years of experience in large retail, residential and hospitality-related projects. Mr. Morrow was the Project Executive in charge of constructing the 2005 expansion at Tysons Corner Center, which involved the redevelopment of a former JCP anchor store, a 300,000 sf addition for retail, restaurant and entertainment uses, and a new parking structure. Mr. Morrow was also the project executive on the $220M multi-year redevelopment at Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, New York. He is actively involved in a ground up, mixed-use (retail, residential and hospitality) development in Freehold Township, New Jersey, as well as the Green Acres Commons development in Valley Stream, New York. Mr. Morrow is a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
