Jamie Bourbeau — Senior Vice President of Outlet Division at Macerich Company

Ms. Jamie Bourbeau serves as Senior Vice President of Outlet Division at The Macerich Company. Ms. Bourbeau is responsible for the strategic planning, expansion, merchandising and leasing for Macerich's Outlet portfolio. She plays an integral role in managing the existing outlet assets, new site selection, and overall branding for the portfolio. She has more than 12 years of experience in the outlet industry. Ms. Bourbeau served as Senior Vice President of Outlet Division - Leasing at Fashion Outlets of Chicago LLCA seasoned Professional, she began her career at the inception of the outlet sector's growth; and for more than a decade, she has developed and fostered unparalleled relationships and knowledge in the outlet world. Prior to Macerich, Ms. Bourbeau served as Vice President and Director of Leasing of AWE Talisman LLC, where she led the outlet merchandising for all of its Fashion Outlet Brand projects; was the delivery of Fashion Outlets of Chicago, a Macerich partnership. She oversaw the strategic planning and leasing for the entire AWE Talisman's national portfolio. Ms. Bourbeau served as Manager of Real Estate for Polo Ralph Lauren in New York City, where her responsibilities included new stores, renewals, expansions and re-positioning of existing stores for the 120-store outlet division. Prior to joining Polo Ralph Lauren, she held leasing positions with Charter Oaks Partners and Arthur Anderson. Ms. Bourbeau is a Panelist at ICSC and VRN events. She serves on the Board of Directors/is an Active Member of Developers of Outlet Centers and Retailers. She is a Co-Chair of the 2014 VRN Fall Outlet Leasing and Marketing Convention Program Committee. She was awarded the leadership award for Polo Ralph Lauren in 2005. Ms. Bourbeau earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
