Scott Kingsmore — Senior Vice President of Finance at Macerich Company

Mr. Scott Kingsmore serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at The Macerich Company. Mr. Kingsmore is responsible for managing a significant portion of the Macerich 's debt portfolio, ranging from refinancing to acquisition, development financing and corporate financing transactions. His responsibilities include oversight of the budgeting and forecasting process for Macerich and also serves as a trustee for Macerich's 401(k) and Deferred Compensation Plans. He joined Macerich in 1996 as a Group Controller in Accounting. He has played a key role in Finance at Macerich since 1998. Mr. Kingsmore was employed with the Los Angeles office of Coopers & Lybrand in the audit practice where he earned his Certified Public Accountant credentials. He was employed at The Westfield Corporation for two years. He serves as a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Kingsmore is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1991.
