Listen to your employees and move out of the past. The world has changed and the company needs to keep up. Invest in technology and more importantly invest in your staff. There are next to no benefits working here. Treat your staff better and update your customer service policies!
More holidays or the option to purchase additional days. The option to work from home and more consideration to flexible working - 45 hour weeks are no longer viable or desirable. Value your staff and listen to their criticism and concerns.

The owner of the company either needs to go or listen to his employees and customers. The company is firmly stuck in the 80s and 90s - fax machines are still used as a main method of communication between stores. Both customers and staff are unhappy - listen to their concerns and actively fix them.
