Ms. Karen L. Schmitt, FCAS, MAAA, FCIA, CERA has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Maiden Holdings, Ltd. since May 13, 2014. She is a Chartered Financial Consultant, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of both the Casualty Actuarial Society and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
