We all sound friendly to everyone's faces, and we don't hear any bickering. I'm just not sure everyone is genuine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am responsible for getting life saving medications to sick patients and I make less money then if I drove a Metro bus
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting done for the day or Fridays. Not any aspect of the job. When I get a moment to shine that has a monetary value.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay so that we feel valued. Get rid of the moment to shine that doesn't offer monitary compensation, that's just a slap in the face. For a health care system, we should be offered cheaper health insurance. I pay practically a third of my check. And why do I have to pay for parking?
