Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop adding more onto someones plate and yet still paying them the same rate. Give merit raises that are more than a dime.
I am responsible for getting life saving medications to sick patients and I make less money then if I drove a Metro bus

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay so that we feel valued. Get rid of the moment to shine that doesn't offer monitary compensation, that's just a slap in the face. For a health care system, we should be offered cheaper health insurance. I pay practically a third of my check. And why do I have to pay for parking?

New leadership. They want to make everything so challenging
