my colleagues and the dynamic between all the divisions working together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation could be better in my opinion. I have heard sales is not on commission and from an operations perspective we get bonuses as a whole branch and individually if we perform by end of year but could be more incentives
