Mr. Dennis B. Story has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Manhattan Associates, Inc. since July 31, 2016. Mr. Story served as the Chief Financial Officer of Benefitfocus, Inc. since July 01, 2016 until July 25, 2016. Mr. Story served as the Chief Financial Officer of Manhattan Associates, Inc. from March 15, 2006 to June 30, 2016 and its Executive Vice President from January 12, 2011 to June 30, 2016 and Treasurer from March 2006 to June 30, 2016. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Manhattan Associates, Inc. until January 22, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Manhattan Associates, Inc. from March 15, 2006 to January 12, 2011. He served as senior vice president of finance for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. He served as senior vice president of finance for Atlanta-based Certegy Inc. Prior to Certegy, Mr. Story served as the Chief Financial Officer of Accretive Commerce, Inc. until July 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President. He served as Chief Financial Officer of NewRoads, Inc. and lead the management team and financial staff in ensuring the integrity of NewRoads financial systems and processes, in the development of strategic and financial plans, the development of management information systems and establishment of financial policies and controls. He has extensive experience integrating the finance organizations of acquired companies, including the implementation of business-critical IT platforms necessary to manage the business. He served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Equifax Inc. from 2000 to August 2003. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Equifax Inc. since August 2001. He joined Equifax in March 2000 and was Vice President & Group Controller for Global Technology and Equifax Internet Solutions. Prior to joining Equifax, Mr. Story served as Chief Financial Officer of Zep Manufacturing Company from 1999 to 2000 and prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance for Alumax Inc. from 1994 to 1998. He began his career with the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. He is a native of Atlanta. Mr. Story holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
