- What do you like best about the leadership team?I know everyone doesn't have direct contact with our leadership but I really love working with them all. The CEO was a big reason I took the job and stay. I feel lucky to learn from such an intelligent group. I also highly respect my boss and is always challenging mentally. In a good way!
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Compensation is always tough but if you are diligent about your work and communicating through the proper channels, you can get what you want.
- What are some of the best things about your team?I know the people make MarketCast what it is. It's a work hard, push you to the limit job but you're doing it with such a great group of people. You don't realize what you're learning until you step away.
