Taking claims of harassment, unfair treatment and lack of a good supervisor seriously. I feel I'm a number and not a person.
I only ask to be treated equally and fair based on my hard work. How can you tell someone they are getting a slight increase in pay and then write on the eval sheet after signed by employee and lie about it?
I would feel better if I was treated fairly and that someone could say you did a good job. Appreciate what you do for the company and all the sacrifices made for the company.
Pay should be more for the position. A raise.
Most of coworkers have good character except the ones close to management they just like to talk bad about coworkers.

Better leadership is needed, someone that cares about employees and not a paycheck. Employees are treated like prisoners. Honesty, this place is a pit of lies trying to get help from human resources is a mistake, been there 5 times wrote nothing down and situation continuously worsen
Better leadership would turn the place around
Get a new supervisor who cares about the team and who treats everyone the same and doesnt have favorites. Tell people they are doing a good job and reward the efforts they put in. Upper mgmnt needs to talk to HR to find out what the supervisor is doing and take action.
