I'd never work for Matrix again. My manager has also left with the same sentiment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite being told my performance was never in question, I was laid off without notice and no severance when there was a reduction in client contracts. Within 45 days they had ample contracts but I refused to return.
