Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite being told my performance was never in question, I was laid off without notice and no severance when there was a reduction in client contracts. Within 45 days they had ample contracts but I refused to return.
I feel the work that I put in, and the business I bring to MATRIX as a whole, is unfairly compensated at a below-market value.
