Alexandra Villoch — Publisher of East Region and President of East Region at McClatchy Company

Ms. Alexendra Villoch, also known as Alex, has been the President and Publisher of East Region at The McClatchy Company since April 3, 2017 and served as its President and Publisher of Miami Herald Media Company from April 2014 to April 3, 2017. Ms. Villoch leads the East Region. She has been with MHPC for five years, first as National Advertising Director. She served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Advertising at The Miami Herald Media Company until April 2014. Ms. Villoch served as Senior Vice President of Advertising at The Miami Herald Media Company since July 2005. Prior to joining The Herald, she served as General Manager for United Airlines at Miami International Airport, responsible for all Miami and Caribbean operations and sales. She was also government liaison. She is heavily involved in a variety of civic boards in the arts and business in South Florida, including the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She serves as a Director at The Beacon Council Inc. She holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Miami and attended the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University's Media Management Center.
