Mr. Keith E. Pratt has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of McGrath Rentcorp since March 17, 2006 and February 23, 2017 respectively. Mr. Pratt served as Senior Vice President of McGrath Rentcorp from June 2007 to February 23, 2017. Mr. Pratt served as Vice President of Mcgrath Rentcorp from January 2006 to June 2007. Mr. Pratt joined McGrath in January 2006. Mr. Pratt served as the Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Fibre Communications Inc. from 1999 to it was acquired by Tellabs, at the end of 2004. He served as a Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration at Advanced Fibre Communications Inc. since January 2001, Assistant Secretary since 1999 and also served as its Treasurer and Director of Corporate Development from 1997 to 1999. He served as a Director of Strategy & Business Development Group at Pacific Telesis from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Pratt holds an undergraduate degree from Cambridge University in Production Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University (California).
