In 1995, a group of colleagues created Equal at McKinsey, our LGBTQ+ network, which formally demonstrates our commitment to LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion. Equal at McKinsey has grown to include people globally, including straight colleagues–Equal at McKinsey Allies–and it is a source of support and mentorship as well as a resource on benefits and workplace issues. Equal at McKinsey also works with community and human-rights organizations.
