What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel left out of whats happening. We have these all hands but I can barely understand what's happening half the time!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very hard working and smart group that likes to have fun! We sometimes go out of drinks and have a good time outside of work. Everyone is super respectful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the comp is off as a company. If I look around at other companies in health tech I do feel underpaid. But I believe in what Medly is doing long term
