What did you like most about the interview process?I was judged by my skills but more so by if I would fit the culture and get along with the employees that already worked there.
What makes you most happy at work?I'm happiest about my team and mentor....and the office dogs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is super kind and friendly. In meetings it's unacceptable to talk over each other and everyone is offered the same respect, regardless of job title. The culture of being a good human is highly valued and everyone at melt has a lot of integrity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The benefit package doesnt include 401k matching, it does not include paid maternity leave, there are no bonuses or profit sharing and there is no option for cashing out your PTO. All of these things could make it worth being paid on the lowest side of the industry average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We are constantly asked for input about the company… But that input is never used
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team is essentially a first… The CEO makes all decisions
