Cindy Carmichael — Interim CEO of Mercy Hospital Watonga and Interim President of Mercy Hospital Watonga at Mercy Health

Ms. Cindy Carmichael serves as Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Mercy Hospital Watonga at Mercy Health since July 2012. Ms. Carmichael served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mercy Hospital Ardmore, Inc. Ms. Carmichael serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cancer Care Network, Inc. and PracticeXpert of Oklahoma, Inc. She has been Vice President of Ambulatory and Rural Services for Mercy Health in Oklahoma since 2007. Prior to that, she worked for TSG, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer of Moore Medical Center in Oklahoma City, as Vice President of Administrative Services for Moore, as Chief Executive Officer of Seminole Medical Center in Seminole, Okla., and as Senior Operations Manager of Clinics and Physicians for Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation. Ms. Carmichael previously was Vice President of Strategic Development for Mercy in Oklahoma. Ms. Carmichael began her career with Mercy eight years ago in Ardmore as Vice President of Ambulatory Services. She serves as the Chairwoman of the Healthcare Executive Magazine editorial board. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Ms. Carmichael has a Bachelor'S In Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Okla., and a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond, Okla. Ms. Carmichael is a fellow of ACHE.
