Mr. Kim Day served as Interim President of Mercy Hospital Independence at Mercy Hospital Ardmore, Inc. Mr. Day served as Interim President of Mercy Hospital Hot Springs at Mercy Hospital Ardmore, Inc. and Mercy Hospital St. Louis. Mr. Day has been Senior Vice President of Regional Markets at Mercy Health since March 2009. Mr. Day served as Regional President of Central Communities of Mercy Hospital St. Louis from December 2009 to March 1, 2013 and Mercy Hospital Springfield until March 1, 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Day served as President and Chief Executive Officer of St. John's Health System in Springfield, Missouri, (part of Mercy Health) from September 2005 to December 2009 and Mercy Hospital Springfield. He also served as Executive Vice-President/Chief Financial Officer for St. John s Health System from February 2000 to September 2005. Before joining Mercy, he was affiliated with SSM Health Care in St. Louis for 24 years. He served as a Director of Mercy Health Plans, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Rockhurst University and a master's in business administration from Central Missouri State University.
