Ms. Kristy Estrem served as the President of Mercy Hospital Berryville at Mercy Hospital Ardmore, Inc., since August 2006. Ms. Estrem served as the President of Mercy Hospital Berryville at Mercy Health, since August 2006. Ms. Estrem served as Senior Vice President of Mercy Health System, Inc. from 1995 to 2006. Prior to that, she served as vice president for Community Relations and Development. Prior to Mercy Hospital Berryville, she served as director of Community Relations and Marketing at Mercy Hospital Hot Springs. She is a member of the Arkansas Hospital Association Board. She received the Young Administrator of the Year award from the Arkansas Hospital Association in 2007 and the Grassroots Champion award for Arkansas from the American Hospital Association in 2012. She has a bachelor's in business administration from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Ark., and a master's in business administration from Chadwick University in Birmingham, Ala. She is a certified healthcare executive (CHE) with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
