Ms. Terri L. McLain has been the President of Mercy Hospital Washington of Mercy Health, Mercy Hospital St. Louis, and Mercy Hospital Ardmore, Inc., since 2007. Ms. McLain serves as the President of St. John's Mercy Hospital. She worked for ProMedica Health System as President of both ProMedica Eastern Region and Bay Park Community Hospital in Oregon, Ohio, from 1999 to 2007. Prior to ProMedica, she worked with various St. Louis health care organizations, including Missouri Baptist Medical Center, Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital, Incarnate Word Hospital, St. Louis Children's Hospital and Barnes Hospital. Ms. McLain began her health care career at Mercy Hospital St. Louis as a nursing assistant, staff nurse and nurse supervisor. Ms. McLain has a Master's in Nursing from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Maryville University. She is a certified health care executive by the American College of Healthcare Executives.
