Executive Bio
Mr. Vance B. Moore has been Senior Vice President of Operations of Mercy Health since April 2011. Mr. Moore has corporate oversight responsibilities of Mercy Technology Services (MTS), Operational Performance Acceleration, Clinical Performance Acceleration and Performance Analytics. He joined Mercy Health in April 2002 after 17 years in health care with Baxter/Allegiance, Cardinal Health and the Health Care Division of the UPS Logistics Group. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Resource Optimization & Innovation (ROi), Mercy's supply chain division. Mr. Moore served as Vice President of Resource Optimization of Sisters Of Mercy Health System, Inc. He served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Healthcare Services Division of UPS Logistics Group from March 1999 to March 2002. His career has included operational and sales roles in health care consulting, distribution, manufacturing, third party logistics and provider operations. He serves as Chairman of the Board for ROi. He has been an Independent Director of Omnicell, Inc. since May 2012. He serves as Member of Pharmaceutical Advisory Board at SCM World Limited. He serves as a Board Member of the Strategic Marketplace Initiative (SMI), The Bellwether League (healthcare supply chain hall of fame), Mercy ACO Clinical Services, Inc. He was recognized as SCM World's 2015 'visionary of the year'. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Arkansas.
