- What does the leadership team need to get better at?It would be great if management was available. The higher-ups provide ways for the employees to contact them but fail to reply to any emails, Skype messages, and sometimes text messages. There should also be more opportunities for advancement once a person has been with the company for a few years.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe that contracts should be evaluated on a yearly basis to ensure that people are able to receive raises based on performance. The pay is above minimum wage but you do not get paid overtime.
