Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I love my job and the people that I work with. Although compensation could be higher I have faith that the executives as well as my personal supervisor are working very hard to make sure that we are adequately paid for the work that we do. Being that this company is a team based and family based
