What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly operate with the goal of what is best for the customer and employees!
They are a great group of people who are accessible and approachable when you need them. They genuinely care.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My Work/Life balance is perfect
Spousal and family coverage of health benefits is much less expensive than the other places I have worked. While most companies charge a lot more for covering additional family members, MFGS, Inc. charges almost the same as the employee coverage, which is both excellent coverage and low cost.
The best part about MFGS, Inc. compensation includes semi-annual bonuses and an annual, all-expenses-paid company trip.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work with a diverse group of people who all bring their knowledge and expertise to the table. They are also fun to be around.
The team I work with is made of bright, talented individuals. Not only do we get along with each other as coworkers, but they are people I enjoy spending personal time with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a true family/team and we all work very well together
Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly. Anyone has the time to chat about any questions you might have. Milestones are celebrated.
The most positive thing about MFGS, Inc.'s culture is that the leadership has a truly open-door policy and actively seeks feedback for what changes can be made to better the company and the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was appropriate in length, I had ample time to ask all of my questions, and it didn't drag on like many companies tend to do.
What I liked most about the interview process at MFGS, Inc. was the number of people I got to meet with and how positive and pleasant everyone was.

The leadership team is outstanding
That I am given the opportunity to bring value and meaningful change to the organization, the great people I work with, and the fact that time is taken to appreciate and acknowledge accomplishments.
The company has clear goals and direction, I work with an amazing group of people that I enjoy, and hard work is acknowledged and rewarded.
