Mr. John W. Hohener has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at PMC-Sierra Inc. since January 15, 2016. Mr. Hohener has been the Chief Financial Officer of Microsemi Corporation since April 01, 2008 and has been its Secretary since 2008 and Executive Vice President since 2009. He has been the Treasurer of Microsemi Corporation since 2009. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Microsemi Corporation from February 2007 to 2008 and also served as its Vice President of Finance since February 2006 to 2008. He is responsible for all corporate financial reporting, accounting, internal audit, treasury functions, information systems and risk management for Microsemi. He has been with Microsemi since January 2006. He is an experienced financial executive whose previous responsibilities include being Chief Financial Officer at several publicly-held companies. Mr. Hohener serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Microsemi Corp - Phoenix (formerly White Electronic Designs Corp). He co-founded Smartflex Systems, Inc. and served as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 1997 to 1999, Corporate Controller from May 1988 to July 1997 and Treasurer since August 1997. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BIOLASE, Inc. (Biolase Technology Inc) from November 23, 2004 to December 2005, Secretary from November 2004 to December 2005 and its Chief Accounting Officer until December 2005. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Entridia. Prior to joining Biolase, Mr. Hohener served as the Chief Financial Officer of Netlist Inc. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TRC Companies Inc. from May 2002 to January 2004. He served as Vice President of Entridia Corporation, Inc. Prior to joining TRC in 2002, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Intridia Corporation from 2000 to 2001 and the Director of Corporate Accounting at Silicon Systems from 1980 to 1988. He spent eight years with Silicon Systems, where he held numerous financial management positions. He has been Director of Microsemi Storage Solutions, Inc. since January 15, 2016. He served as a Director of DPAC Technologies Corp., Prior to Reverse Merger With QuaTech, Inc. since 2002. He served as a Director of Smartflex Systems Inc. since 1993. Mr. Hohener holds B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and MBA from Pepperdine University.
