Mr. Ralph Brandi has been an Executive Vice President at Microsemi Corporation since 2002. Mr. Brandi served as the Chief Operating Officer at Microsemi Corporation from 2002 to November 12, 2013. He served as Vice President of Operations of Linfinity Division from 1999 to 2000. He also served as Vice President of Operations at Microsemi Corporation from 2000 to 2002. He served as Vice President of Operations at Linfinity Microelectronics Inc. from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Brandi served as a member of the Microsemi management team since IMP Inc., acquired Linfinity Microelectronics in April 1999. He joined Linfinity in 1978, holding a variety of engineering and operational management positions there, including the responsibility for the division's successful line of backlight inverter products that power lamps in LCD displays. Mr. Brandi served as a Corporate Vice President of Operations in April 2001, responsible for Microsemi's strategic planning and new market development. Mr. Brandi has been a Director of IMP Inc. since 2001. He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
