Everyone I have worked with is more than competent and highly professional. Nice to work for a company that takes pride in it's work.

What can this brand most improve?

my TIG machine with 52 hrs(low) needs repair to the tune of 50% of the cost of a new one. Miller has to take care of their loyal customer base. It will be less expensve to get an Everlast for 1500 and have the 5 year warrenty that I will not get on a repaired unit.
