What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire experienced leaders that know what they are doing.
Hire experienced leaders. Do not hire new leaders with no credentials and do not care for your people. Get trainings for the senior leaders, they need it desperately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that your work gets overlooked and they only care for the family members. A lot of nepotism.

They can get better by not stepping on each other’s and help support one another. Remember that you are only as strong as your weakest lin

Work on valuing everyone and not diminish others.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get a HR team that have experience in interviewing humans and not pets.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Throw away the entire leadership team and start over. Ceo and family needs to step down because they have no experience running a company.
