Keep promises to employees. Pay living fair wages. Get experience in the industry. Appreciate employees.

Bad boss. Low pay. Toxic, dishonest boss. Owner not experienced in industry. Completely ignorant. No appreciation for employees. Breaks her word.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The boss is a liar and is toxic and not experienced in the print industry. I got out. Worst place to work!
