Do something between meetings rather than just talking about doing something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits change annually. It takes until February to get new ID cards some years. I have been there for years and I am still not at the high range of the starting salary that was posted for my position.

The behind the back conversations need to stop. They even mock client contacts if they find out something personal about them.
