The leadership team is available and present to all the company employees.
The Mission Statement says it all "We take care of people." This is obvious from the top down, and it makes what we do, that much more meaningful.

What did you like most about the interview process?
they gave visibility and showed career path and culture right from the beginning.

I was able to meet the entire team and they were really transparent with me about the expectations.
Professional but not uptight, calming
I like the fact that interviews are performed at multiple levels so that the process is all encompassing of the people who work at Mission and that the interviewee is able to be themselves and meet different people before they start.

It would be nice if I didn't have to do all the grunt work and the things that no one wants to do but then still have a full work load of things that are important to concentrate on.
