Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A pay raise. Indicatoon that the loss of multiple folks to one lab might affect total profit especially if you do not hire replacements.

Cost of living raises at minimum, not working 60 hours but only allowed to log 40.
