Mr. Jonathan H. Wolk, also known as Jon, has been Chief Operating Officer of Mistras Group, Inc. since August 10, 2017 and has also been its Senior Executive Vice President since June 1, 2016. Mr. Wolk was acting Chief Financial Officer of Mistras Group, Inc. since August 10, 2017 until January 5, 2018. He was Executive Vice President of Mistras Group, Inc. from November 18, 2013 to June 1, 2016. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Mistras Group, Inc. since November 18, 2013 until August 9, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of American Woodmark Corp. from December 13, 2004 to August 9, 2013 and its Senior Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer until August 9, 2013. He served as a Secretary of American Woodmark Corp. since May 2005 until August 9, 2013. Mr. Wolk served as a Vice President of American Woodmark Corp. from December 13, 2004 to September 2010. Prior to American Woodmark, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Tradecard, Inc. His work experience also includes nine years as an Auditor with KPMG, two years with GE Capital Real Estate, as Global Controller and six years with Pitney Bowes, where he served four of those years as Vice President of Finance and Information Systems. Mr. Wolk earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The State University of New York at Albany and is a Certified Public Accountant.
