Mr. Michael C. Keefe has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Mistras Group, Inc. since December 2009. Mr. Keefe served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of International Fight League, Inc. until November 2008 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer since November 2008. He served as Principal Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of International Fight League, Inc. Mr. Keefe served as President of Legal and Business Affairs of International Fight League, Inc., since March 28, 2007. He served in various legal roles at Lucent Technologies for ten years since its inception in 1996, including the last four years as the Law Vice President of Corporate and Corporate Counsel. Mr. Keefe served in various legal roles at&T and was in private practice McCarter & English. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, a predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Keefe graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Seton Hall University and continued his education at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he graduated first in his class with a Juris Doctorate degree.
