I have been working here for a year and a half. It was not easy at first as I had to learn more about the product and testing process. Once it was done, I started falling in love with what I am doing here. I don't feel bored of doing my work here

The work culture and the people around me. And most importantly I love what I am doing for Mitsogo.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible timings, just had to get the work done by the end of the day or the due date. The friendly environment makes me feel really good at work
What did you like most about the interview process?
They value honesty and attitude more than anything. Ofcourse I had to know about the product but the interview was leaning more towards honesty and attitude. I feel just because of this, Mitsogo has a great work atmosphere with friendly and kind hearted people
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team gives me the freedom to raise my views or opinions on matters that are important. The team doesn't make decisions without considering opinions from everyone, be it major or minor decisions for the company. Makes me feel more valuable to the company rather than just work for wages
