The Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) was formed in 1982 in order to promote the game of baseball, raise money for charity, inspire and educate youth through positive sport images and protect the dignity of the game through former players. Ability to grow and learn and be respected and heard, but that is the part that needs improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
New location and office building with most employees now under the same roof after the pandemic ends and office reopens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not competitive or comparable to similar jobs in the industry; only part that is great is the benefits.
