Chris A. Otto is the Senior Vice President of Clear Arch Health, the Healthcare Division at MobileHelp. Clear Arch Health is focused on business-to-business opportunities that include remote patient monitoring (RPM) and/or Mobile PERS. Mr. Otto is a technology entrepreneur and has spent the majority of his career in and around aging-in-place technology companies. Mr. Otto co-founded Halo Monitoring in 2008, where he and the company launched the first solid state fall detection solution in the market place. In 2012, MobileHelp acquired Halo Monitoring including the fall detection technology. Mr. Otto joined the MobileHelp team in 2012 as part of the acquisition.
