The interview process was all in all smooth with a combination of one-to one with ops head and a written examination
It was not one sided question and answer session but more like a discussion. I was able to communicate - what I want to do and what I would not like to do. Each side saw the fit for each other then agreed to proceed.

Although the interview process for me was a bit lengthy, but it was quite thorough and immensely interesting. It was not the typical theoretical type interviews but one where initially I was presented with a code challenge to solve in a week and then proceed with the rest of the interview.
