The interview process was all in all smooth with a combination of one-to one with ops head and a written examination
It was not one sided question and answer session but more like a discussion. I was able to communicate - what I want to do and what I would not like to do. Each side saw the fit for each other then agreed to proceed.

The interview questions were not at all generic. But thought provoking. One really needs to have a good knowledge about the industry, company, its projects & most importantly about their own selves. Also the assignments given were very interesting & enjoyable to work on.
