What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything ... they dont do anything
They need to work on HR Policies, work life balance is null, totally profit oriented organisation which does not have any concern for employees. Rules and policies get amended as and when suitable to the company. Totally believes in hire and fire policy.

Pay more and competitively... not peanuts.
