Louis J. Belardi — Executive VP, CFO & Secretary at ModusLink Global Solutions

Mr. Louis J. Belardi, also known as Lou, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of ModusLink Global Solutions, Inc. since June 17, 2016. Mr. Belardi served as the Chief Financial Officer of SL Industries Inc. since August 30, 2010 until May 2016 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He also served as Secretary and Treasurer at SL Industries, Inc. from July 2010 to May 2016 and its Corporate Controller from 2004 to August 29, 2010 and was responsible for management of its corporate accounting, SEC reporting functions and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Prior to joining SL Industries in 2004, Mr. Belardi was a partner in his own management consulting firm that specialized in providing financial consulting to public corporations. Before entering consulting, he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration of Aydin Corporation (now part of L-3 Communications). He also held finance positions in businesses in the health care and energy services industries. He started his career at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Belardi is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton and a Master's Degree in Finance from Temple University Graduate School.
