Mr. David Cunningham serves as Managing Director - Houston at Moelis & Company since October 1, 2015. At the firm, Mr. Cunningham focuses on advising companies in the oil and gas sector. He spent eight years as Managing Director of Investment Banking covering the Oilfield Services Sector at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., LLC. Mr. Cunningham served as Managing Director with the Global Energy Group at Cr??dit Suisse AG, Research Division, where he has led and executed various merger, acquisition, restructuring, equity, debt (high-yield and investment grade) and asset valuation transactions. Prior to that, he was at Eppler, Guerin & Turner, Inc., where his primary focus included the oilfield services and upstream sectors. Mr. Cunningham has over 20 years of investment banking experience advising on and executing various merger, acquisition, restructuring, debt, equity, and asset valuation transactions for oil and gas. Mr. Cunningham holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University.
