Mr. Mark Laoun is a Managing Director of New York at Moelis & Company. Mr. Laoun has over 17 years of investment banking and asset management experience and has advised private equity clients on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and restructuring transactions across multiple industry verticals. Prior to that in 2009, Mr. Laoun worked at Morgan Stanley in the Global Financial Sponsors Group and previously worked at Lehman Brothers in the Global Industrials Group. Mr. Laoun holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
