Mr. Patrick Loftus-Hills serves as a Managing Director - New York at Moelis & Company. Mr. Loftus-Hills serves as Managing Director of Mining and Metals at Moelis & Company L.P. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2011, Mr. Loftus-Hills served as Joint Head of the Asian industrials group and Head of Natural Resources at UBS for 11 years. Mr. Loftus-Hills has over 25 years of experience in the metals and mining field. He was previously responsible for Mining in the Americas at UBS and worked in the mining team at UBS. Prior to joining UBS, where he worked for 11 years, Mr. Loftus-Hills worked with Macquarie Bank and BHP Billiton. He has completed numerous significant cross border mergers and acquisitions globally and raised capital and restructured companies listed on all of the major stock exchanges and in all the major markets around the world. Mr. Loftus-Hills holds a B.S. and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University Australia.
