Scott DeGhetto — Managing Director - Houston at Moelis & Company

Mr. Scott DeGhetto serves as the Managing Director - Houston of Moelis & Company. Mr. DeGhetto served as a Banker at Bear Stearns and Citigroup. He serves on the Board of the Tomaszkiewicz-Florio Foundation. He served as a Director of Bellehavens, Inc. He was Co-Head of the Power and Renewable Energy Group at Credit Suisse. Previously, he worked at JP Morgan where he was a Managing Director in the Power and Pipeline Group. Mr. DeGhetto also spent more than seven years as a Managing Director in the Global Utilities Group and Senior Banker of UBS Investment Bank. He has extensive experience advising clients in the utility, power and renewable energy sectors on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, restructuring and bankruptcy transactions. Mr. DeGhetto has over 25 years of investment banking experience. Mr. DeGhetto specializes in the energy and power industries where he advises corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and capital structure and dividend policy. Mr. DeGhetto has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he was a Stern Scholar and Teaching Fellow and also holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
