Baraba Rogan leads Moloco’s global legal team ensuring compliance and assisting leadership in navigating an evolving market and regulatory landscape. Her background includes guiding companies through sustainable growth to increased valuations.
Prior to joining Moloco, Ms. Rogan led the legal and compliance teams at several technology companies, most recently as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel at Neophotonics Corporation (acquired by Lumentum Holdings). She has also held senior positions at Velodyne Lidar, Inc., Cadence Design Systems, Inc.,and Loglogic, Inc. (acquired by TIBCO Software).
Ms. Rogan earned an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University School of Law, a Juris Doctor, (J.D.) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) from Claremont McKenna College.
