Hold people accountable, especially the supervisors its disgusting how non chalet they are
To be treated fairly and respectfully

Nothing, it was fine, they hire just about anybody, even crackheads and drug addicts

Pay people what they deserve
They do not hold people accountable when it comes to making mistakes, people are very lazy and it shows
Holding people accountable. That doesn't seem to exist here.
Being treated fairly and not blatantly ignored by the head of HR
