They have open door policy, they employer there subordinates to take ownership and accountability. They listen to ideas open-minded. Respectful, they lead the group to excellence instead of bossing them into a scenario

Retirement plan is very good
We have a multitude of benefit options available to us and onsite options to help us eat healthily and walk campus for good heart health.
dental/medical/vision insurance are top notch

They energetic, determine, persistent. Adequate knowledge and skills. They listen and investigate all possible solutions. Honest, reliable, transperant, courageous, bold, accountability and ownership. Eager to help and support team members

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to speak. and blink. they all just sit there in the room, not blinking, turning pale, and not moving. even when i held a gun to their head they didnt move! that is dedication
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co workers are friendly, helpful, respectful, assist if helo is needed. All level of employees are treated equally. Visible felt leadership management interacting with employees two way communication
