What do you like best about the leadership team?Montlick & Associates is a top notch organization to work for. I have been working for the company for over 10 years. The management team is very nice and help me succeed at my job. The company is very family friendly and oriented. The pay and the atmosphere is fantastic. I have no complaints.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The benefits package is one of the best and is very fair for me and my family.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is talented and friendly. No political foolishness.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The company hires inexperienced attorneys who never take cases to court. They encourage employees to work against each other, not with them. Their representation and management borders on legal malpractice. They hire consultants to run the firm who make rules, and answer to no one.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Management encourages back stabbing, so there's no way to have a collegial work environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The company needs to out the management. They are inexperienced and create a hostile work atmosphere.
